Course Overview
The Discover phase of ADDS is critically important. Through Discovery, you learn about your customers’ objectives and goals, the success and challenges with their critical initiatives, their problems and related impacts, possible opportunities, their desired future state and related business outcomes, and more. This is what allows you to fully qualify the opportunity and how you can best serve your customers in achieving their desired future state. In this course, we’ll dig deeper into how to conduct discovery with a customer through simulated conversations.
