Course Overview
The Assess Phase is key to the consultative sales methodology. It’s all about setting up the right relationship with your customer to make discovery possible by showing up as problem solvers first. As the initial phase of ADDS, Assess can be the most challenging, like climbing a mountain. But once you have established trust with your customer, interacting with them throughout the rest of the sales process is like coasting downhill. In this course, you will interact with a sales professional to learn tips and strategies for thinking from your customer’s perspective, to understand how they view you and your organization, and for building trust with them.
