Course Overview
This course provides an introduction to cloud migration workload analysis, covering the structure of the course, architectural frameworks, leadership, and governance. Students will learn how to evaluate the migration of an enterprise workload into the public cloud or repatriating it back to on-premises. The course will cover key concepts, practical tools, and basic processes to help enterprises make informed decisions. It will also explore the use of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and other frameworks, as well as the importance of leadership and governance in the migration process. By the end of the course, students will be able to develop a migration recommendation for a hypothetical company, TeraByte Clothing Company, and understand the key factors that impact the success or failure of a project.
