Course Overview
This course covers Google Cloud Platform's (GCP) hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, including tiered hybrid, partitioned multi-cloud, analytics hybrid multi-cloud, edge hybrid cloud, environment hybrid cloud, business continuity hybrid, and cloud bursting approaches. Students will learn how to evaluate GCP hybrid and multi-cloud solutions, describe the Distributed Cloud Edge architecture, and understand the best practices and advantages of each approach. The course also covers the importance of business continuity in a hybrid multi-cloud scenario and how to implement cloud bursting to reuse existing investments in data centers and private computing environments.
