Course Overview
This course focuses on developing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decisions about migrating workloads to or from the cloud. Students will learn how to identify business goals, develop and score KPIs, and interpret data using a weighted scorecard. The course covers topics such as good KPIs, interviewing stakeholders, identifying KPIs, aligning KPIs with solutions, and designing and testing solutions. By the end of the course, students will be able to make informed recommendations about workload placement using KPIs and a weighted scorecard.
