Course Overview
This course covers the application of DevOps for the Google Cloud Platform. It introduces the GCP developer tools, including Google Cloud Build and Google Kubernetes Engine, to manage the software development life cycle. The course demonstrates how to build an environment and deploy a pipeline into the GCP cloud using these tools. It also covers the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies. By the end of the course, learners will be able to identify the tools used to build a CI/CD pipeline, create and manage applications using CI/CD methodologies, and model their solution using IaC with Google Cloud Build and Google Kubernetes Engine.
